Order Minimum- $600 and 2 units/style per order Order Confirmation

All changes/ cancellations must be made within 5 business days of order confirmation receipt. After 5 days all orders are considered final.

Packaging

We offer complimentary packaging for all orders. Please reach out if you wish not to receive. 

Delivery

Shipping Fees- $20 for domestic shipments & $75 for international shipments
Note- All orders are shipped via UPS unless we are provided with an alternative shipping account.

Product Returns

Damages, Short Shipments & Shipment Errors- The aforementioned must be communicated to returns@shopshashi.com within 60 days from receipt of goods.

Swaps- accepted within 8 weeks from receipt of goods. All swap orders must be of equal or greater value. Replacements, exchanges, or credit notes are offered. No refunds. 

Product Care and Materials

To keep you SHASHI product in top condition, please remove jewelry while exercising, showering or swimming. Avoid with perfumes, lotion or any hair product, including natural ones. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polish cloths, this can affect the finishing. 

Our jewelry is made with materials such as; 18ct vermeil on sterling silver, 18ct gold plated brass, genuine gemstones, hematite gemstone beads, silk/seed beads and silk/cotton floss.
